Kinspire Holdings is the parent company behind Kinspire Estates, Kinspire Property Pros, Kinspire Media, and Kinspire Solutions. Uthpala Kinivita founded it after building and running companies in Sri Lanka, Australia, and California.

Websites, applications, AI agents, and automation. The business problem gets defined properly before anyone writes code, which is the part most projects skip.
The Operator
Why there are four of them
Uthpala Kinivita, who goes by Kini, started his first company at nineteen, a trucking and transportation business in Sri Lanka. He then spent two years at Virtusa in Colombo, moving from intern to business analyst and junior project manager working on robotic process automation.
Melbourne came next. He founded USK Properties to fund a Master of Business Analytics, growing it into a property maintenance company covering landscaping, cleaning, and painting. He earned an Australian real estate licence along the way and worked on his first flips, while consulting on business intelligence for Dynamics 365 Group.
In California he partnered with an investor to build LA Basics 360, a Long Beach janitorial and property maintenance company, and ran it as Managing Director before securing his equity and exiting to focus on real estate full time.
Each Kinspire company came out of work he had already done somewhere else. Property services, media, and technology are the three things that made the real estate business work, so they were built into companies of their own.
