AI agents that do real work

An AI agent is software that carries out a task on its own: answering customer questions, qualifying leads, drafting documents, or running a multi step process end to end. We build them around your data and your existing tools.

Most businesses do not need artificial intelligence in general. They need one specific job done reliably and cheaply, over and over. That is the job an agent is good at, and the reason we start by identifying the job rather than the technology.

What you get

  • An agent scoped around one clearly defined task with a measurable result
  • Grounding in your own data, so the answers reflect your business and not the open internet
  • Integration with the systems you already run, including your CRM and your inbox
  • Guardrails and a human review step wherever the output reaches a customer
  • A plain-language explanation of what it can and cannot do before you commit

Who it is for

  • A team drowning in the same customer questions every day
  • A business where leads go cold because nobody replies fast enough
  • An operation that produces the same documents repeatedly with small variations
  • Anyone who has been sold an AI product that did not survive contact with their actual workflow

Where we draw the line

We will tell you when an agent is the wrong answer. Plenty of problems that get pitched as AI are better solved by fixing a process or automating a form, and both cost less to build and less to run.

AI agent questions

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions: it can look something up, make a decision, update a record, and carry a process through several steps without a person driving each one.

Will it use my business data?

That is the point. An agent grounded in your own documents, records, and policies gives answers that match your business. How that data is stored and secured is agreed in writing before anything is built.

What stops it from saying something wrong to a customer?

Scope limits, grounding in approved sources, and a human review step wherever the output is customer-facing. Where the risk is high, the agent drafts and a person sends.

Is this worth it for a small business?

Sometimes. It depends on how often the task repeats and what it currently costs in time. If the numbers do not work, we will say so during discovery rather than after you have paid for a build.

Not sure which company you need?

Tell us what you are trying to get done. If one of the four can help, we will point you at the right one. If none of them fit, we will tell you that too.
