Is custom software more expensive?
To build, almost always. Over several years it can be cheaper than per-seat licences plus the cost of a process that does not fit. We put both numbers in front of you.
What happens if I want to change it later?
You own the code, so you can change it with us or with anyone else. It is built and documented on that assumption.
How do you handle data from our old system?
