Occupied properties
Most homes are lived in when they are photographed. We work around that, keep the disruption to the rooms we are actually in, and give you a short prep list beforehand so the shoot day goes quickly.
Listing media questions
How should the property be prepared?
You get a prep list when the shoot is booked. Decluttering surfaces, opening blinds, and turning on lamps make more difference to the result than anything done afterwards in editing.
Do you offer aerial or drone footage?
Not as a standard service at the moment. If a property genuinely calls for it, say so when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Can you shoot a property that is still occupied?
Yes, and most are. We keep the disruption to the rooms in use and work around the access window you give us.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
Exteriors are the part that suffers. We would rather reschedule the outside shots than deliver a grey photo of a house that looks better than that.
