How do I get the footage to you?
Whatever is easiest at your end, usually a shared drive link. Send the raw files rather than anything already compressed for social, because the quality does not come back once it is gone.
Can you edit footage shot on a phone?
Yes, and most of it is. Modern phone footage edits well as long as it was shot in reasonable light and held steady.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
One round is included in the standard scope, which covers the great majority of jobs. Anything beyond that is agreed before it starts so there are no surprises.
Can you match the style of my existing content?
Yes. Send an example of what you want it to look like. Working from a reference is faster and more accurate than working from a description.
