Kinspire Media

From the brief to the files in your hands

Five steps, with the scope and the quote agreed before a camera comes out.

How It Runs

From the brief to the files in your hands

01

Brief

We start with what the content has to do. A listing that needs to move, an agent who needs to be known, a business that has gone quiet online.

02

Plan

Shot list, locations, timing, and the exact deliverables you will receive. You approve the scope and the quote before a camera comes out.

03

Shoot

We work around your access window and the light. For occupied properties we keep the disruption to the rooms we are actually in.

04

Edit

Colour, cut, captions, and graphics. You see a first version and get a round of changes before anything is called final.

05

Deliver

Files sized for MLS, for the portals, and for social, delivered in one place. They are yours to use however you want, for as long as you want.

The brief comes first

Good media starts with knowing what it has to do. A listing that needs to move, an agent who needs to be known, and a business that has gone quiet online are three different jobs, and they need three different shot lists.

You approve the scope before we book

The shot list, the locations, the timing, and the exact deliverables are written down and agreed before anything is scheduled. That is also when the quote is confirmed.

One round of changes is standard

You see a first version and get a round of changes before anything is called final. Anything beyond that is agreed in advance rather than billed as a surprise.

Timelines

Turnaround depends on the property and the scope, so it is agreed with you at the planning step. We would rather commit to a date we can hold than publish a number we cannot.

How we work

What happens after I enquire?

A short conversation about what the content has to achieve, then a written scope and quote. Nothing gets booked until you have agreed both.

Can I book a single shoot rather than an ongoing arrangement?

Yes. Most work starts as a single job. Ongoing arrangements exist for people who want the consistency, not as a condition of working together.

Do you travel outside Orange County?

Yes, across Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties as well. Anything further is worth asking about rather than assuming.

What do you need from me on the day?

Access, and for occupied properties a little preparation from the prep list you get when the shoot is booked. Beyond that, very little.

Not sure which company you need?

Tell us what you are trying to get done. If one of the four can help, we will point you at the right one. If none of them fit, we will tell you that too.
