Kinspire Solutions
How a project actually runs
Six steps from the first conversation to a system that keeps earning its place. You get one point of contact for all of it.
How We Work
A simple path from idea to launch
01
Discover
We learn your business, your users, and the problem worth solving. This is the part that decides whether the rest is worth doing.
02
Strategise
We agree on scope, timeline, and what success looks like, in writing, before anything gets built.
03
Design
We map the solution before we build it. You see how it will work while changes are still cheap.
04
Build
Our team delivers, with one point of contact keeping it on track and reviewing every milestone before it reaches you.
05
Automate
We wire in the efficiencies that make the project pay for itself instead of becoming another thing to maintain.
06
Optimize
We refine after launch and stay available as you grow. You own everything, so staying is a choice, not a lock in.
One point of contact
You brief us once. From there a single person gathers the requirements, manages the build, reviews every milestone before it reaches you, and answers when you call. You never have to repeat yourself to a new face halfway through.
Nothing reaches you unreviewed
Every deliverable passes a quality check before you see it. That is the point of having a person accountable rather than a queue.
You own everything
Your domain, your hosting, your code, your content, and your accounts stay in your name from day one. If you want to take the work elsewhere, nothing stops you.
Pricing
Every project is scoped and quoted for what you actually need. There is no package to squeeze into and no price list to reverse engineer. You get a written scope and a fixed quote before any work starts.
How we work
What happens in the first conversation?
We talk about the business problem, who is affected by it, what you have already tried, and roughly what solving it is worth. No technical knowledge is required from you.
When do I get a price?
After the scope is clear. Quoting before that produces a number that changes, which helps nobody.
How do payments work?
A deposit starts the work and the balance is due at delivery, with the exact terms set out in the proposal before you sign anything.
What if I want changes after launch?
That is the Optimize step. Changes after launch are quoted like any other work, or covered by an ongoing arrangement if you would rather have one.
Not sure which company you need?
Tell us what you are trying to get done. If one of the four can help, we will point you at the right one. If none of them fit, we will tell you that too.
